At Headband Store, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during promotions/discounts (unless defective).
  • Used, damaged, or altered headbands (e.g., washed, stretched, or customized).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@headband-store.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship It Back: We’ll provide a return address. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  3. Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

5. Exchanges

  • You’ll cover shipping costs for the new item unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
