Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

  • EU/USA:  5-14 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment. During sales/holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number on this page to track your package.

Are your headbands adjustable?

Yes! All of our headbands are adjustable for a comfortable, customized fit.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Each headband is carefully crafted by hand, which means minor variations in stitching or fabric patterns may occur - this adds to their unique charm!

What's your return policy?

You may return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?

Contact us immediately at contact@headband-store.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll happily replace it or issue a refund.

Care & Maintenance

How should I wash my headband?

We recommend:

  1. Hand wash in cold water
  2. Use mild detergent
  3. Lay flat to dry
  4. Avoid bleach and ironing

Will the colors fade?

Our high-quality fabrics are colorfast when cared for properly, but we recommend washing separately the first few times.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. We'll try to accommodate requests if your order hasn't yet been processed.

We're currently online-only, but you can find our products at select boutiques and pop-up events.
